Loren Lotus | Creator of Lotus Retreats
Loren is a devotional curator whose true love and passion is sharing the beauty of the world and the unity of Yoga. She is inspired by Yogic teachings of our everyday life and the practice of Yoga, on and off the mat. Every day is an opportunity to grow & live your life like a Lotus flower, reaching your true potential and fulfillment.
Loren believes her dharma and work is to inspire others to live a fulfilling life path with purpose and passion. On the mat, she teaches a variety of Yoga class styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Yin. Her alignment-based training and study of Kinesiology has fueled her fascination with the human body, mind and eternal soul.

Rachel Ocean | Yoga Instructor & Retreat Coordinator
Rachel is a Global Citizen born in Japan and raised across Europe and North America with a deep love for consciousness exploration, nature, and connecting people together. She is a passionate yogi and 500hr Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, learning from Himalayan Masters in the Yoga Capital of the world- Rishikesh, India. She loves guiding beginners and seasoned yoga students back home to their center through intentional Vinyasa, traditional Hatha, and calming Yin practices.
Since 2018, Rachel has lead over 30 retreats focused on immersing people back into the magic of nature, cultivating personal growth, and enhancing team relationships. Working with large organizations inspired her to take things a step further than just getting people together in nature, but to create lasting change throughout corporate business structure through social and environmental education. Rachel and her husband are currently protecting over 500 acres of Primary Rainforest near their home in the most biologically intense place on earth, the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica.

Katelyn Morris | Yoga Instructor & Ceremonialist
A student of nature, yoga, womanhood and the mysteries of life– Katelyn curates heartfelt and nurturing offerings to serve her community through education, ritual, and creative expression. Raised in the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania, she discovered a great love for the earth that has led her to seek the solace and wisdom of mountains all across the world. The harmony and balance of nature’s intelligent ecosystems endlessly uplift and inspire her. That inspiration fuels her work as a creative, educator, somatic movement practitioner, space holder, & community builder.
Katelyn teaches yoga regularly & holds circular offerings attuned to the lunar cycle in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Musically trained since childhood, she weaves healing soundscapes into her offerings using voice and a variety of acoustic instruments, honoring the power of sound to ground and center. Katelyn is a RYT200, with focus in yin, restorative, and meditation.

Leoni | Yoga Instructor & Retreat Leader
Leoni was born in Brazil but has lived and traveled to several countries. Her first yoga training was held in Brazil, where she felt safe and embraced in the yoga community and fell in love with the practice. She continued her journey and training in different countries and yoga styles such as Integral Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Power Yoga.
Yoga and the yoga community were crucial during difficult and challenging times in her life, inspiring her to share her message and empower others.
Traveling and learning, experimenting with other cultures have always been her biggest passions. Having visited more than 28 countries, she understands the impact of seeing places, meeting people, and being open to new experiences.
In addition to her yoga practice, Leoni teaches Barre, ballet-based classes, and Pilates. She is also a certified life coach with the Jay Shetty program.
Her purpose is to encourage people to live fully, to look inwards through yoga, movement, and meditation, and to explore the beautiful world through travel.

Ryann Tillman | Yoga Instructor & Fascial Stretch Therapist
Ryann believes that yoga has the power to positively transform our lives. She earned her 200 hour yoga teaching certification while living and studying in an ashram in Mysore, India. She traveled to the birthplace of yoga in search of a traditional and authentic yoga education and experience.
She teaches a Hatha inspired class with an emphasis on breath, awareness, and body control. Ryann teaches classes full time and teaches in yoga teacher trainings. Her path also led her to Fascial Stretch Therapy(FST) as a way to help speed the physical healing/recovery process and flexibility that yoga offers. With yoga and FST Ryann has a passion to guide people towards a more connected, positive, and healthy life.

Erin Yannone | Yoga Instructor & Retreat Leader
Erin's journey into yoga began at a young age, and quickly became a guiding force in her life.
Erin's mission centers around guiding students to reconnect with their inner selves through profound personal journeys. She emphasizes sensation, breath, and introspection as pathways to self-discovery and growth. Her commitment to ongoing growth is evident in her dedication to evolving alongside her students, community, and environment.
Erin currently resides in Costa Rica, teaching yoga full-time; cherishing the new connections made within her community and embracing this vibrant chapter of life.
Erin was trained in Bali, with the Kula Collective, which marked a significant step in her professional development. Subsequently, Erin pursued specialized certifications in Reiki, Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga, and Embodied Intimacy, enhancing her holistic approach to teaching and healing.

Carmina Rodriguez | Yoga Instructor & Retreat Leader
Carmina radiates compassion into everything she does and always leads from the heart. Her classes are alignment based, formulated with intention, constructive sequencing, with an offering of hands on assists and space for self-inquiry. She weaves in pranayama, meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and mantra. Her overall intention for her classes is to create a safe space for students to listen deeply to their bodies, hearts, and minds, through stillness, and discover a quality of intimacy with themselves and ultimately with the world around them. She completed her 200HR Teacher Training, at Daya Yoga Studio in 2016, in Brooklyn, New York, a 25HR Alignment and Therapeutics Training at Laughing Lotus, a 30HR Yin Yoga Training with Alana Kessler, Meridian Yoga Technique with Acupressure and Cupping with Rose Erin Vaughan, and has been attuned by Nicole Lynne Hooley, to Reiki 2

Beatriz Bonnin | Yoga Instructor, Prenatal Trainer & Doula
Beatriz is a fearless force passionate about empowering women’s circles, moon ceremonies and sharing her knowledge of the chakra system. She has created a community of women in Puerto Rico called Sanando Juntas Puerto Rico that offers weekly empowering workshops along with monthly moon circles.
She is passionate about helping people find their power through alternative healing techniques and by sharing her own study and devotion to a Yogic lifestyle. Bea has undergone a Prenatal and Doula training, 4 fertility and prenatal workshops with UMA Mother in Los Angeles, and her 500-hour with YogaWorks in Los Angeles.

Marina Chupac | Yoga Instructor & Criminal Justice Lawyer
Marina is a passionate, inspiring soul with a wandering spirit. She spends the majority of her life traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures. Marina believes that yoga is an effective tool to alleviate anxiety and create balance. Her style of teaching brings a light-hearted energy to her students as she focuses on alignment and helps students find their edge.
Marina is a criminal defense attorney who advocates for those on the wrong side of the legal system. In her home state of Michigan, she is known as “The Hippie Lawyer”, where she takes a special interest in helping clients with substance abuse and addiction. She uses the yogic philosophy to help guide her clients through the legal process while bringing holistic healing into their lives to facilitate real changes. Marina completed a 200 hour Elemental Flow training in the mystical forests of Guatemala with the Kula Collective.

Ivanna Bilak | Yoga Instructor & Psychotherapist
Ivanna has found a passion in creating supportive spaces for people to courageously feel the electricity of their true, authentic and empowered nature. Sourcing knowledge from her Bachelor’s degree in western psychology, as well as her education in yoga and the eastern philosophy of the mind, she is dedicated to shedding light on the layers of conditioning that keep us from fully connecting to ourselves and to others.
She is a life coach, a registered Yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance teacher trainer, and has lead over 10 Yoga Teacher Trainings in Costa Rica where she currently resides. Nothing makes her more excited than travelling, further delving into the practice of yoga, and discovering pieces of herself in different cultures around the world.

Maria Rose | Yoga Instructor & Retreat Leader
Maria is a passionate believer in sharing her colorful light to the world. She loves to connect with her students, supporting them in inner balance and allowing asana practice to gracefully guide them through challenges of the outer world. She offers a place for students to feel safe in exploration of his/her self and to enjoy a practice expanding beyond limits of the mind. Maria earned her 200 Hour Yoga training certification in a magical yurt in Los Angeles, CA. She enjoyed her group and the training so much that she continued to achieve her 500 Hour there as well. Her love for teaching and the body has inspired her to continue her education, expanding into Kids Yoga, Thai Massage, and Specialty Workshops. She currently resides in Iowa City, IA where she teaches regular classes and continues to fulfill her passion by following her heart and embracing the yogi journey.

Jacob Hai | Meditation Instructor & Sound Healer
Jacob Hai is a creative entrepreneur who has dedicated his life to healing and elevating the mindsets of individuals seeking personal and professional development. Jacob strives to cultivate a sense of peace in the minds of his audience by embracing their inner fire and releasing limiting beliefs. Jacob’s background as an entrepreneur inspired him to intertwine practices in business and intuition by utilizing a wide variety of techniques.
As the founder of Graffiti Seed, a collective dedicated to promoting and inspiring musicians, yoga instructors, photographers, and artists, Jacob worked with creators and entrepreneurs alike to develop their brands and stay true to their passion. Jacob specializes in the use of sound healing, guided meditation, breathwork, and personal/professional coaching to assist individuals on the path to realizing their highest self. Additionally, Jacob partners with teachers and healers across the globe, facilitating a wide variety of retreats and workshops.

William is a Spiritual Advisor. He works with men to develop their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being. As a former division 1 athlete, with a decade of experience in finance, real estate and entrepreneurship, William is working toward building a bridge between the old world and the new. His greatest asset was losing everything he once thought he wanted, which gave him an opportunity to go deep within and discover his true nature and purpose. William now works alongside other healers, creatives and heart centered entrepreneurs. He is passionate about expansion and being of service to those seeking fulfillment.

Serenity Anath | Retreat Leader and Ceremonialist
Born with a deep reverence for nature, Serenity has spent her life cultivating meaningful relationships with the plants, trees, waters, animals, and to Spirit. She is passionate about serving her community and people through ceremonial offerings attuned to the lunar cycle. She aims to hold space with compassion and love for your authentic expression.
Serenity was raised in the Native American Church in the Lakota tradition, where she experienced the cyclical journey of life through ceremony and connection to nature and the elements. Curating her offerings, Serenity draws on various modalities, linages, and life experiences. She creates nurturing spaces through nonviolent communication, way of council, somatic movement, ritual, prayer, song, and community building. She utilizes her knowledge as an herbalist, naturalist, dancer, and creative to cultivate nourishing spaces.
